After the initial strategy design session, we assemble focused work swarms to fill gaps, drive execution and carry the strategy forward.

Each swarm is assembled deliberately, depending on the gaps to fill and the work required.

    Rialette has over 20 years teaching and training experience, is a team specialist, and qualified StrengthsFinder coach.

    She has coached over a 1000 individuals and has trained teams and individuals at BMW, Liberty, Aerosud Aviation, Sanlam, FNB to name a few.
