    Pierre, has 20+ years of experience across the fields of design, business strategy, human dynamics, and team building. A sought-after speaker with four TEDx talks under his belt, he cares deeply about the people we become and the companies and things we build.

    Rialette has over 20 years teaching and training experience, is a team specialist, and qualified StrengthsFinder coach.

    She has coached over a 1000 individuals and has trained teams and individuals at BMW, Liberty, Aerosud Aviation, Sanlam, FNB to name a few.
