Who We Are

Be Brave was founded in 2013 by Pierre du Plessis to help people become better people so they can build stuff that matters. Since then we’ve trained and coached thousands of individuals and hundreds of teams.

Over time Be Brave has evolved to include Strategy Design, recognising the need for a process that combines deep, gut level reflection and the best strategy frameworks.

Drawing on years of experience in human development, the Design Thinking and tech-startup world, we now work closely with teams to help them design a winning strategies.

Over the years our clients included Capespan, Rawson Properties, Coachbit, EO, HATCH Engineering, Tencent, FNB, Nedbank, KFC, Werksmans and many others.
